Engineering

SUMATEC is capable of providing basic and extended basic and detailed design work to meet the stringent requirements of safety, cost, ease of operation and energy efficient process of systems for the various oil and gas, petrochemical and other industrial plants.

Procurement

Efficient procurement service is key to success of any project. After a supplier is selected and upon signing the purchase order, SUMATEC will immediately get in touch with the relevant personnel of the supplier to establish the basic data required to prepare the material status report which includes submission of vendor drawings specifications, manufacturing procedure, manufacturing schedule, quality check hold points, NCR rectification, FAT schedule, manufacturing report, ETA/ETD of shipment etc.

Timely acquisition of vendor data sheets and drawings ensure early finalization of equipment foundation design and piping GA/isometrics completion, both of which are crucial to ensure smooth construction schedule.

The Material Status Report is regularly submitted to the Client for information and preparation of heavy equipment mobilization and other construction work.

Effectively controlling the timely delivery of the critical equipment or materials through its reliable list of suppliers or manufacturers has helped SUMATEC to complete many projects on schedule.

Construction Management
