Quality Assurance Policy of SUMATEC is
established to give confidence to the clients that the services
provided by the company comply with the specified contractual, safety
and legal requirement of the project.
The Quality Assurance Manager has
the organisational responsibility to monitor Quality Control activities,
to identify Quality Control problems and to seek solutions.
The Quality Assurance Manager acts
independently and reports to the Managing Director to ensure unbiased
judgement in the implementation of Quality Assurance.
Department Managers are responsible
for the effective organization and functioning of their Departments
and have primary responsibility for the quality of all work performed
by all personnel in their Departments. They ensure that an acceptable
quality is achieved and shall make available the necessary documentary
evidence during Quality Control Audit.
To achieve stringent quality objectives,
SUMATEC employs competent personnel in
key positions and provide refresher training to upgrade the skill
and knowledge of these personnel continuously.
